Beyond the Rack has great products but HORRIBLE shipping and customer service. Order from them but be aware you will be waiting for at least two to three weeks for your items to arrive and if you return, you will only get credit to wait for new items. I can not recommend to a friend unless they really wanted an item and were willing to wait and then wait some more!

Agree, I've ordered from them on 3 occasions, products do not ship all at once and can take over a month to arrive. But you always get your items in the end, and if items get cancelled due to unforseen reasons, a refund is provided immediately.

Be very careful purchasing from this site. Your credit card will be charged immediately but there can be a long wait for items. Customer service unhelpful-don't say you were not warned!
