Is bhphotovideo.com Safe?

I purchased a smartphone and unfortunately it worked just for one day, the battery was dead and after I couldn't turned on it even after 12 hours of charging. I was a little disappointed but I returned my item and the company gave me full refund. It made me believe that this service is really trustworthy

Ordered a scope 11/26 for my grandson's Christmas present, after having to wait 3 days for the website to be 'available' to even accept online orders. Used Paypal Pay After Delivery. Received notice from Paypal 12/12 they were withdrawing the payment. Received email from B&H 12/18 indicating item was still on backorder. Went to Paypal to 'contact seller' 12/19, which apparently escalated it to a claim. On 12/20 receive email from B&H stating order was canceled (no reason why). Called and fought through their automated system, got Operator. They transferred me to customer service (Ken). Explained issue, got transferred to 'verification' and spoke with Ellie (Sp?). All he would tell me is it was canceled per request of Paypal. Nothing else. When I asked whom I was speaking to, he responded with his name and 'I dont see where that is relevant'. This company logo is 'The Professionals Source'.... Not sure how there is ANYTHING professional about the way this entire order was handled. Now I am left 4 days before Christmas, with no present for my grandson. Thanks a bunch B&H.

I have purchased several items from this vendor from a few dollars to several thousand dollars and the speed and care was the same for every item. Most items are at or near the best price and even if they are a little more than most other vendors I will buy here because of past experience with them.
