Did not like this site. Had to signup through Facebook - uggh! High purchase bid price ($1/bid), shipping extra and SLOW. Would not recommend!!! Spam/Scam - I say yes!

Thank you bidstick for being honest and shipping all of my products, although shipping is slow, I have received all items to date. I do appreciate the honesty and fast replies from customer service. I also love the facebook daily contest for 50 free bids. Thanks very much.

I have won almost 40 items on bidstick and have received every single one of them, all in brand new, factory-sealed condition. I have won much, much more than I’ve spent. You really need to take time to read everything and study the auctions before you jump in. I know there are penny auction scams out there, but bidstick is NOT one of them. And before you ask, NO I do NOT work for bidstick.
And why is it a scam if bidstick makes a profit from their site? The winners still get a great deal on the items they win.

I have been using Bidstick now for a while and it is completely legit. I have won a number of items on the site and have received all of them. There are not any other penny auction sites out there that I would feel as comfortable investing my time and money in.
A quick way to verify that they are legit is to monitor their facebook page where people can comment and participate in contests. You will see many happy winners posting on Facebook.

We do not phish for information. Also we are very clean and clear about our terms of service. We offer all new members 18 free bids. We do not force anyone to purchase bids of to keep playing on our site and most definately do not sell or lease or steal information.

Seems the comments are related to the product rather than the safety of the website. I have used this site without difficulty -- no malware, no spyware, no tracking cookies. Whether you like the concept or not is another issue.

NO COOKIES OR SPYWARE!!! I won an xbox360 for $4.14 with the $5 shipping charge, the total was $9.14. Even with the bids I bought it was still much cheaper than Wallmart.

You must have gotten the spyware somewhere else, since we do not have any spyware.

Their bids cost a bit more than most other similar sites ($1), the timers reset to a LONG time-period ... up to 2 minutes, allowing DOZENS more to bid fairly easily. The most disturbing thing is, for a relatively new site, they seem to have ALOT of "bidders". Even among items which liked several hours till the finish, I found that most all of them already had at least 3 or 4 bidders already. That smacks very baddly of the company itself sneaking in fake bidders. I'd recommend staying well away from this one for the moment.
