I had a good experience. I bought Host Defense Lions mane and got it delivered to the UK with no problems and at a very reasonable price... No customs charges on delivery either. Trustworthy in my opinion.

Bought some vitamins on ***** and they delivered only part of the order. After several emails and them promising a refund (which never happened) and then a complete delivery, the rest were still never delivered.

***** bietet Kunden immer wieder 15%-Rabatt-Aktionen an, wobei beim Kauf dann nur 11.6% tatsächlich vergütet werden. Die Differenz ist dann so gering, dass man auf eine Reklamation verzichtet. Aber solche Methoden sind unseriös, weil Kunden betreffend des tatsächlich wirksamen Preises in die Irre geführt werden und ein Preisvergleich vor dem Kauf daher unmöglich gemacht wird. Die normalen Preise von BIOVEA sind gegenüber Amazon überhöht, die Nettopreise abzüglich 15% Rabatt stellen sich nachträglich als höher dar als angekündigt.

As I had stated in previous reviews, I had been a happy user of biovia's website for several years until late 2013 and into 2014 when there were delays after delays after delays. After months and months of being told they were expecting their back order of the product I had ordered within two weeks and months would go by and still no shipment I have stopped shopping at their website. I no longer recommend them to anyone. They used to be great .. but no more. VERY POOR customer service. I have cancelled all my auto ships and I DID GET A REFUND on paid for items that didn't get shipped even after months of waiting.

Bought from biovea many times. Other than their horrendously slow shipping they are fine. You will get your order but it may take a month or more to get to you!

Mai avuto problemi, fatto diversi acquisti e sono sempre stati seri nelle transazioni.
Spero che continui così, caso contrario tornerò alla carica diversamente.
