Geir Hansen from bitminter responded to my email about an old account I had with them when I mined all the way back in 2011. I had forgotten about the account for over a decade and their service had since closed operation. But they still responded to my email and they even sent me the crypto that I had left in my account and forgot to withdraw from all those years ago.
