Is bluebird.com Safe?

Don't get this card, as of Oct 2015 they changed #1 can no longer link bank account #2 Had one linked they claimed that was ok all the ones linked before this were fine (not true) #3 Tried to make transfer from linked bank account that was authorized by them through the linking process (which had been done months before these changes #4 This was the e-mail i got for trying to do so "During a recent review of your Account, we noticed activity that was in violation of the Bluebird Member Agreement, section: Section 22 D Due to the violation, your Account has been closed." #5 Called and they told me my bank did not have funds for transfer (also not true) use to be the best pre-paid card out there now it sucks
