SO DISAPPOINTED with www.bodybuilding.com! Cost shipping to Spain: 35$ trough DHL. They give a FALSE traking number (DHL didn't know anyting). Delivery time: OVER A MONTH!! Near 10 e-mails and no help anyway. Do not order out of USA (NEVER to Europe), they are a THIEFS!! On dealextreme they are faster and shipping costs are free...

Helpfull for those wanting to get serious about wieghtloss or body building. LIke facebook you can friend people who will help keep you accountable for your goals, which is listed as well as it tracking your progress to your goal. Although the site promotes alot of spam for suppliments I feel it is most likely needed in order to keep the site free for us all. I have not ordered from the site yet and can not comment on that experience. "
