Is bonanza.com Safe?

sites a joke no  customer protection sellers dont ship orders hidden fees for sellers and will close your account if you take sales away from the paying members saying you are a high risk account....yeah high risk of them losing a paying for their booth member.... if your not paying them the 200 bucks a month for an account your nothing to them stay away from bonanza

I was extremely happy to find this site not only as a shopper but as a seller. My wife is actually the one who does the online selling, but she was getting very frustrated with eBay, and from what I understand, she is not the only one! It's about time another competitive auction site comes to the surface that treats their clients like human beings rather than convicted felons who are guilty before proven innocent! Handing this over to my wife now to finish as she knows the particulars better than I. They always make me feel like a valued customer rather than like a convict as my husband mentioned. I feel like the CUSTOMER rather than someone who is begging to be in their good graces, and they treated me this way from the beginning! I didn't have to prove myself, I wasn't put on any probationary period or anything like that. I was able to open up a booth to sell my wares from day one! This site treats sellers and buyers like human beings from the get-go and not like you have to prove your worthiness before they'll treat you like you deserve to be treated. _____________________________________________ On top of it, they don't rob you each month! The rates are amazingly LOW! I don't have to increase my prices by 20% to ensure I get a profit after paying my fees. On eBay, they make sure they get the biggest piece of the pie and if you're lucky you'll walk away with a tiny profit. ____________________________________________ The site is easy to use and I was up and online with my own little store in less than an hour with products in my store already. I am not computer savvy so this is a great site for me to use for my part-time work-from-home business. We are raising five kids and my husband works outside of the home as a college professor, so I have very little time to myself. This site allows me to have my own business without having to spend a lot of time on it so I can have a life outside of "Mommy-hood"! _________________________________________________ I will never go back to eBay after seeing how much better Bonanza.com is! i was a seller in this website i have try ebay, amazon, etsy there so fucking good with selling stuff but this site i place like 300 items for sell but i have sell just 4 i pay 25$ to be a seller and now they want me to pay again why ? because they lie to me and told me you did not pay for the fee they take the 25$ Without taking my permission and i told them before i dont want to sell in this site and no hope if you sell an item in this website with 10$ for ex the want take a fee for 25$ can you believe that !?!!! do not buy or sell in this website

 I just received the package today and when I opened the package, it was not in the original box but in an opened package AND 2 OF THE RAZORS WERE USED!!!! 
 

This is unethical, dishonest and unsanitary!!! 

When I contact Bonanza, the customer support did not apologize or understand it was not my fault and told me to solve myself with the seller.

I paid for a jvc boombox which i never received. My credit cards still has a hold on it after 10 days and no product or refund. I have called and called and my time has been wasted and they say they can not help me. These people are rude and i will never shop there again . The items you buy are at your own risk even if the break them before they are ship.You will have a hard time getting a refund or the product replace with a new one. They will not help you PERIOD BUYER BEWARE
