Is boxbe.com Safe?

It works, and is a great one! It is suspicious, however, because of 2 things: 1) No need for password to log in, only email! If your email is hijacked, then your other emails will be too! 2) Also subject to possible spamming, because they send emails to your contacts saying that ,"I'm using boxbe, you too!"

This website is classified as a phishing website. It is associated with attempts to acquire sensitive information such as user names, passwords and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity. You should not enter confidential information on this website. *****

Spreads lot of spam.... spam spam spam... thats it they do..... I really wonder why this website is having good WOT ratings???? This website only knows how to send spam and irritate you.... and hijack your email accounts.. this website dosnt even have an SSL certificate any you guys must not enter your password on such non SSL websites....

As a Boxbe customer, I had disabled Boxbe from scanning my email more than two months ago. As of Nov. 9, Boxbe decided to start scanning my messages again, which bounced them into my SPAM folder. Upon finding these lost messages, I returned to Boxbe and verified that all features were disabled, however, messages continued to get snagged by Boxbe. I then deleted my Boxbe account, and messages continue to be snagged by Boxbe. Unreliable. Unpredictable. Unusable.

I logged into Gmail today to find that I had sent a message to every single person in my contacts telling them about Boxbe. Of course, I did not send this email. My account was hacked, almost definitely by Boxbe. How ironic: An anti spam service hacked my Gmail account and spammed all my contacts.
