Is brittv.co.uk Safe?

The site was unwatchable in the evening because the feed was so slow but I was able to use it during the day, and enjoyed it. But after they cancelled my subscription for the 3rd time, for no reason. I have given up. Now I see some nasty note blaming the subscribers for some sort of trouble they are in with Paypal. They seem very unstable.

uhka tutka is obviously the Internet police but does not answer the ratings truthfully or from personal experience which I thought was a requirement of this rating system and should be removed. WOT ask 4 specific areas to be rated. It is a personal choice to watch services provided. As a Network/Telecom person with Antivirus, malware detection and network security sniffing tools, I can tell you the site is clean. Trustworthiness - I pay for a service through PAYPAL and I have the controls. You have a problem, work it out with PAYPAL (but you won't have one). Vendor Reliability - Small business and always an e-mail or chat away. Allowing for the time zone change, I get service even in America after hours all the time. Privacy - The only messages I get are from BritTV, no spam and no indications the mail was sold or traded (no sudden increase of spam). Child Safety - No social chat or other services. Service is sold to an adult with the responsibility to protect user ID and passwords. Content viewed is same as watching from a home TV and not the responsibility of anyone but ourselves. This rating is on the my experience, security and fairness to the service provided. There are no security risks present. If you check any of the major Anti-Virus sites for unsafe content, you will not find BritTV. Rate but rate fairly.
