Typically used for surveys. If filling out a survey, it will need to be allowed. No evidence of any inherently evil intent.

This is a script server site. I found this on a client's site. It does not seem to be necessary for the site operation, but according to their website <http://browserhawk.com/>, it optimized the client's site by using the site visitor's browser setting information. A script server site is not a place for children, so the child suitability rating should be in the red.
