Is business.facebook.com Safe?

I love using Face Book ads, but I was wondering why after paying ad fees, they disable the ads running, sometimes get resticted.After appealing, they would run the ads again,after charging again they will restrict the ads again,and again,and again.Why is the system like that.Even if you studied the Blueprint part, they won't give you the chance. But I always keep myself positive on issues like this. Hope Face Book will just restrict people who don't pay the ads and those who are unreal.I've been doing business in Japan for 22 years paying ads on magazines and newspapers, it never happened to me. Everything has change to the internet that's why I trusted the system, hope that advertising on Face Book will become more better in the future. God bless !
