Ce site est un service privé, indépendant de la CAF. Il propose un n° de tel surtaxé pour savoir si vous avez droit aux APL ou autres prestations sociales. Je n'ai pas appelé, je ne sais pas si vous tombez sur un conseiller ou sur un serveur vocal. A mon avis serveur vocal. Il n'est dit nulle part que ce sie est agrée par la CAF... Mais sachez que : - vous avez un simulateur sur le site de la CAF. et il est totalement gratuit - vous pouvez avoir un vrai conseiller au bout du fil (toujours avec la CAF) pour 9 centimes la minute, donc bien moins cher.
