This is a very old rating which was rectified. The site has never hosted any malware and any links that did exist are long gone.

Why do they call this CanadianContent...when the site owner isn't even from canada nor the site from Canada????

The owner *is* Canadian and the site *is* from Canada. Simply because the owner was living aboard for a little while studying, doesn't make the site unCanadian.
