Below is an article comparing various gold/cash places. While this one is not the worst, in the story they gave you 18% of the value of the gold in your jewelry. The best places gave you close 90%. That's a 5x difference. Clearly they are playing on people's ignorance on the value of their gold.

This site that directed me here is a PTC site I joined. I have to click a sponsor's ad to get my credits for the day.

They give you less then what your gold is worth, you're better off selling your unused gold to a pawn shop

It's sad that our advertising companys allow this fraud to go on TV. Not to mention gold is NOT at an all-time high; thanks to these guys, it's dramatically decreasing in value.

I've used this site before and had no problems with it. I received my money in the time stated on the website. I've never received any spam or had any problems with pop-ups. I also believe that I got what my metals were worth, which wasn't much.

They are scammers, a bunch of bullshit! I sent in my $400.00 gold ring and they wanted to give me $15.00 for it when gold has been it's highest in decades! Do not bother with this company it will be a waste of your time, get better deal selling it your own self and or at even a pawn shop!

They have a low price for your gold at first then when you call them they will up the price to make it look like they are doing you a favor. But really the price is lower then what you could get at a pawn shop.
