Using CloudFlare brings many advantages. Why would that makes us illegal? We are funded startup partially also by EU funds. Licenced by Czech National Bank. Most popular bitcoin wallet Mycelium integrated our service into their wallet. So now you can use Cashila straight out of Mycelium wallet.
cashila.com is a website of the company Cashila s.r.o., a payment processor that allows to fund SEPA transfers with Bitcoin (you send bitcoins to cashila, and they will do a SEPA transfer on your behalf). The company is registered in Czech Republic, has a license from the Czech National Bank and falls under its supervision. This allows Cashila to provide payment services in the EU in accordance with the EU regulations (mainly the Directive on Payment Services). You can verify the license as well as the company registration on the websites of the Czech authorities. The design of the service is that they do not take custody of your bitcoins, rather they provide a payment service in real time. This reduces the timeframe for potential misuse. I have been using cashila.com since they launched in January 2015 to pay bills, and I also met with the founders several times. If you look at the website history at archive.org, you can see that prior to 2014, the website used to run an investment scheme of some sort. The current website is operated by a different company and does not offer any investments or possibility to earn money. It is a payment processor, like Paypal or Western Union, and it has the appropriate licenses from regulators to operate in the EU.

I'm the co-founder and it's 100% legit site. And damn useful too for me as someone with Bitcoin. Also note: we purchased domain in July 2014. Review older than that do not represent review based for us. Also, we operate in 19 eurozone countries only at the moment.,
