Is cclonline.com Safe?

ordered tpm for asrock z590 extreme 28 th January 23,delivery date given as 6th February 23 no delivery 9 February, retailer reports on query part out of stock yet buyer was not informed, a refund was offered in 3-4 days, so far no results just empty promises.

Very pore customer service. Server failed within 3 months and refused to exchange or refund even after manufacture said to arrange for an exchange as it failed. Had to threaten with a court action to get a refund. Very disappointed. If customer service was better this could have been a very different story and would have used again as they are the cheapest. However, I will never knowingly use them again now.

well i bought a customized amd a10 cpu pc from them in December 14 costing me £981.47 but took them like 2 weeks to build it even though id had a date they gave me it be built by and sent. i got it on 23rd dec but it was a load of rubbish looked like used parts especially the corsair pci cable to the gpu had a black sleeve missing and the front case led wasn't connected and looked like some one tried to repair it with no luck. now ive sent it back on 28th jan 15 and still waiting for some one to look it over so i can be refunded if they will. as i dont want it they only let you build with amd fm2+ socket not newer am3+ socket thats one ill be building my new pc from. not much choice in the configuration section if your going amd not intel as intel is too expensive. id avoid them they're only good at cables s not even they can mess those ***** the pc had no foam inside when i received it in case of knocking around in shipping.

Don't expect them to deliver on time, if you need next day delivery. They will refuse point blank to stand by their guarantees (next day delivery) in my experience. They offer guaranteed next day delivery, with dates (with time slots on the day), but didn't keep that promise in my case, had to argue alot to get them even to agree to that, that was only after them missing not only the guaranteed day, I thought they suppose to hit and they also missed the time slot by 5 hours (massive delays) which was the next day, which was a further disruption. The first guy was rude and misunderstood me from the start, it got passed onto another customer service representative, he was better, but he was doing damage control by then. He only knew he had to, since his only guaranteed is quiet public, so since I paid with paypal, would side with me in an instant if I complained to them. I don't consider it a positive that he refunded the delivery charge, as it cost me money the item didn't arrive on time, hence why I was doing a rush delivery, hence why I went with someone with a guarantee. I also had cancel plans both days waiting around for this item, for it to arrive, or not arrive.
