I got redirected here from a legitimate website that have being recently defunct.

I have numerous pop-ups all from cdn.optmd.com. It is not a regular web page. It does have an icon in the upper left hand corner.

From time to time, this stupid website shows up as an ad AFTER Firefox 3.6.3 says it has prevented ***** from opening a window. While ***** is a good site, after you click on any part of ***** when the pop-up message is showing, a pop-up window will show from cdn.optmd. Users with the WOT plug in will see that the cdn.optmd.com site has a poor reputation. I have submitted a problem report to Mozilla, asking them to please release an update for Firefox's pop-up blocker in future updates that prevents cdn.optmd.com from loading at ***** Lets hope this scdn.optmd site can get blocked and stay blocked because it is showing up as an ad on good sites!
Update: Website, in addition to pop up ads, is also engaged in phishing according to the latest reports from URLVoid.com:

Pop-unders are such an illegitimate way to gain traffic. To make matters worse, Netflix is involved. They seem absolutely drawn to shady marketing techniques and browser exploits.
