Cellc uses phishing tools and tactics to gain customers for their legit business. Cellc believes in sending unsolicited communications and from personal experience ignores requests to cease. Cellc also requires too much personal information in requests to cease eletronic communications, like name, address, id or social security number, and other non relivant information, as the VICTIM is attempting to get them to stop SPAM. They believe that it is perfectly fine to send unsolicited communications and that people who do not wish to receive unsolicited communications, must be registered in some central database... Very weird scummy type philosophy for a business... SUSPICIOUS!!
