I have been doing business with this company for several years. They have many affordable products. Some of the least expensive are not of the highest quality but many are equivalent to what other retailers sell for much more money. They also sell brand name products at good prices. Items ship quickly and customer service has been very good.

After I ordered last week, I now have a mysterious itunes charge on my card. Not a trustworthy site! I find it fishy that all the banners at the bottom of the site such as "Authentic Site" don't link to anything! I wish I had noticed this before I made a purchase.

I ordered a battery for an HTC Touch Pro cellphone from ***** before Christmas, 2009, along with other items, and they sent a battery for the wrong model--an HTC Touch Pro2 instead of an HTC Touch Pro. They honored their return policy and sent me a replacement battery -- except that it's also for the Touch Pro2 so it's still wrong. I complained again and got a letter back saying they had already replaced the battery in January. "Is something wrong?" they asked!!! I cannot tell if they are venal or stupid, but the effect is the same: after 6 weeks I still have no usable battery.

I ordered what I thought was a new item and it turned out to be an open box returned item. I received a RMA and returned it expecting to receive a new item in a few days. The replacement was also a used item in even WORSE shape. I had to threaten criminal prosecution to get a refund.
