Charter Communications / charter.net maintains IP addresses rated up to "very high" for the amounts of spam sent during a 30 day period. And, Charter Communications maintains cbl-listed, botnet-infected IP addresses. ***** (bottom of pages)

These guys don't seem to know how to create a web page. The home page is totally corrupted on my Firefox browser. Very unprofessional. Too bad they think they are smart- they deny there is a problem when I and many people have seen this problem for years.

don't believe it must be a other site it is very secure haven't had a problem for two yrs I get more bugs and junk at sites like freeze I never pick up any thing at Home(charter.Net)

my ISP what can I say, I dont use there anti-virus, just use charter as my gateway to the big blue world. Haven't received any spam from them, just the pro -mo stuff and my bill have to reconnect (reset) the brodband once in a while no biggy mostly happy with service
