Is cheapoair.com Safe?

They are scam artists. They booked my flight. I immediately requested a cancellation when I realized they charge for seat selection. They confirmed the cancellation. I booked directly with the airline. Six weeks later Cheap0 called and in very poor English said I had two reservations and I had to use their reservation within one year. I called the airline and they straightened out the reservation. The next da Cheap0 cancelled one leg of the flight. I called the airline, after two hours on the phone, the airline reinstated the flight. Two days later Cheap0 removed more segments of the reservation. I called the airline again to explain what was going on. The airline was fantastic! They cancelled the entire reservation and refunded my money. However, I had to cancel my visa card so Cheap0 couldn't make any more charges. All together it took about six hours on the phone to get this all taken care of. Cheap0 is very dishonest. Look them up for complaints. DO NOT use this website for travel. Liars and thieves!

I encountered a host of spelling errors on the ***** website and sent the webmaster a copy of the page with many errors complete with highlights. There was no response initially so I re-sent it again making sure it was received. I finally got a response but there was no sense of gratitude and the tone was cold and impersonal. The cust service rep even addressed me as "Mr. Customer" instead of my name which was clearly visible. No future use coupon, no real thanks and no sense that I helped them with a HUGE problem (attention to detail). I suspect this is a sweatshop type enterprise running out of some Eastern bloc country like Bosnia or the Czech Republic. They are known for the terrible cust. service and the overuse of the word "impossible!". BEWARE! They also don't list the taxes and fees accurately like Travelocity and the other established web sites do. Stick with the big names. This site won't be round for very long I imagine.
