Orders never arrive and is owned by Pharmacy2u which got fined over £150,000 for selling customers personal information to dodgy mailing list companies

I'm regularly costumer for 4-5 years now. Good service, good prices, good support. The only downside are daily price changes, so you can not be sure about that at all. Also, bit too much promo emails.

After my bad experience, and having found no-one else with certain products in stock, I have used Chemist Direct a few times since, always with trepidation, but they do now deliver everything I order quickly. Not very good communication, but at least they are now reliable again.

Order made 4 months ago, had regular emails saying that delivery was imminent, then called to find i had been waiting for nothing as they no longer stock the item, very very poor service, will never use again!!!!!

I've used Chemist direct several times; I have recived only occasional email/offres certainly not spam. My last ordwer was delivered in less than 48 hours including the Good Friday Bank holiday !! Never had a bad experience wih them yet. The negative comments on this site don't seem to be referring the same compant I deal with!?

I can only go on what my experience is with Chemist Direct, which has been very good. Orders arrive on time and in very good condition. Have ordered new Fusion blades for my razor, Colpermin & Fybergel. No problems with these orders at all

I placed an order with this site well 15 days ago and I am still waiting! also I emailed several times to chase up but received "Despatch Delay‏" ..it's not trusted at all"

I ordered from them once and the order went through smoothly, however they keep on sending me mailing lists etc. I have unsubscribed from them numerous times, but still get sent information (mostly on things I have no interest in).

I have used Chemist Direct for a number of years and have had fantastic service from them. Not only great savings, but quick trouble free delivery, and never had a problem at all. I recommend them to friends & family whenever I can.

I've used in the past. Honest, reliable, reasonable delivery times, no spam. They even queried a large medication quantity by phone to ensure all okay before despatching. I'm surprised so many seem to have problems!

Forum spam on WOT ***** and elsewhere: http://boardreader.com/linkinfo/www.chemistdirect.co.uk Notified chemistdirect.co.uk through their online feddback form about the problem with the domain being spammed. The LegitScript reference is accurate for US customers only; they require prescriptions (walk-in / FAXED) from local UK customers.

AVOID!! The problem seems to be communication and customer service. Order placed over a month ago. Endless calls and emails chasing it up, given assurances about prioritising order. Hopeless! And used to be so good. But then the goods started to arrive... Very strange. No emails. No explanation. No apology. But at least it's arrived now.
