Is chinabuye.com Safe?

They say that processing time is up to 7 business days, in real it took 20 days only for dispatching! Still haven't received the order, I should wait another 30 business days for delivery! Bad service DO NOT recommend!

I've used this site regularly for years with no problem at all. Good communication, items always dispatched within a few days, and the few faulty goods I've received have been promptly replaced or refunded. If you buy from this site though you have to understand that you are buying from the other side of the world. Most low value packages reach me in the UK within one to two weeks, if they don't get pulled by UK Customs. If Customs happen to tag a package for inspection though it can take much longer - usually 4 -6 weeks.Very occasionally it may be over 2 months if Customs are really dragging their feet It also clearly states during the checkout process that you are liable for any Customs charges or import duties applicable in your home country, so do your own homework on that. I try to split my orders into $20-$30 maximum per package. I've had a few around the $40-$50 mark, which is a little over the UK limit I think, but so far I've been lucky and had no customs to pay. If you are spending substantially more than that though, assume that you will be paying customs duties and admin charges, and factor it into the overall price.
