Is choise.com Safe?

I use a hardware wallet through MetaMask, and Choise handles the interaction well. The app doesn’t overload or time out during signing, which is a good sign. Still, there’s no message to confirm that the request has been sent to your wallet — something that would improve UX.

While WalletConnect pairing goes smoothly, I’ve run into occasional bugs where the platform thinks you’re still connected, but transactions fail silently. You have to manually disconnect and reinitiate the session, which isn’t ideal during time-sensitive operations.

There’s no clear log of login history or device activity. I tried logging in from a second device to test — no email, no push notification, and no in-app alert. That’s a basic security feature missing. At the very least, users should be notified when a new device or IP accesses the account.

What’s missing is strategic feedback. For example, if a staking product drops in APY or is no longer competitive, there’s no alert or suggestion. A system that highlights “underperforming” or “expiring soon” positions would help optimize returns with less manual effort.

The app doesn’t assist with strategy renewal in any way. There’s no prompt saying “your staking ends in 3 days” or “your yield is now lower than average.” Even basic suggestions like “redeposit?” or “restake now?” would help improve engagement and earnings.

It would be helpful if the platform offered basic automation tools — for example, setting an auto-reminder a few days before your staking term ends, or getting notified when new, higher-yield options are available. Right now, you have to manually monitor everything.

I’ve missed multiple staking unlocks simply because there’s no tracking or notification feature. Choise doesn’t even flag which positions are about to expire. A calendar-style view or alert settings would make passive income management more structured.

There’s no real-time progress bar or confirmation tracker when sending a transaction. After hitting confirm, the UI briefly shows a spinner, but once you leave the screen, there’s no way to monitor the status without going to the transaction history. A live “in progress” banner or pending tab would improve visibility.

Switching networks is stable, but inefficient when managing diversified portfolios. Other platforms are starting to treat chains as parallel environments instead of isolated views — Choise would benefit from adopting that logic and offering at least a passive overview of total assets per chain.
