Is chronicprofits.com Safe?

I have never heard of "chronicprofits.com" till some scumbag spammed their site to me . . . Lets see, They look like another "work from home and get rich site" (my comments in brackets) I see the domain was registered Aug 12, 2012. (and already spammed me) On this page: http://chronicprofits.com/disclaimer.html Earnings Disclaimer: "there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials.
