Highly recommend! Very pleased indeed! No one was home to accept delivery through my fault but I had immediate responses through emails which were all answered within 10 minutes, and I had the package rescheduled the next with no problems what so ever, very pleased indeed, one of the staff even offered to wait until after company hours for me to confirm the delivery address, extremely pleased, will use all the time now. Used this service on a couple of occasions and each time my parcel was collected as agreed and delivered within the time frame specified. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is the best side I've found for organising parcel delivery. I've tried various over the years, some cheap that only last a few months, some big but with no after sales service when things go wrong. This is by far the best. There are cheaper sites out there, but the customer service they offer is second to none. Thanks collectmyparcel.com

Where does ***** get this rating from? How you can say this website is not Trustworthy or reliable amazes me. This is the most efficient parcel delivery website I've ever used. Great prices and fantastic customer service.

I had my first experience of using collectmypacel.com, which I saw spoken about cautiously - I may add, on the ***** site, run by the writer, finance advisor, and broadcaster, Martin Lewis. Over the last 72 hours, all I can say, in line with his advice I booked a collection of a large slightly battered suitcase, which had to be wrapped in duck/"gaffa" tape to ensure the contents safety. It was delivered within 27 hours of the collection time, yesterday morning, safe and sound. Of course as with everything in life one can only go by one's own experience - don't you think? Anyway, so far so go.....

I've been using this site since around the start of the year(2011). I had to write a review because the results for trustworthiness and reliability are totally wrong, and misleading.
I've never had a problem with them and they're the cheapest parcel service around period. Perhaps people left bad ratings because the courier never turned up??
