I have replied to a recent email I receive from them ,where I asked info about a product I owe & not a reply came but further promotions instead .
What's the point to run a watchdog when you can't even supply info of your own product,right?..
well for that they get a Not so Cool thumbs down from me !
But i will add that most people's comments I read in Spanish probably don't know that this is a Major ,major Belgian Watchdog for consumers services ,they are re veered,here. : )
but obviously the people receiving the email replies do Not Read them ,and I had written in Dutch ,so.
