On the 14th of February I noticed I had a puncture in my front left tyre. The pucture was located on the flat surface 1 inch in. I booked an appointment over the telephone straight away, and I had to pay for the appointment up front. I arrived at the facility 10 minutes early to my 4:30pm appointment and the car was taken immediately to the ramp. It was then loaded onto the ramp. I was waiting in the viewing area and noticing that my car had not been looked at. The receptionist came over to me at 5:15pm and told me there was unable to fix the car puncture because it was on the tyre wall. I explained to him that it was not on the tyre wall as I had circled the puncture with crayon prior to my arrival. I knew exactly where the puncture was. After arguing my point, he repeated it was on the tyre wall and it was not able to be repaired. Due to this waiting and arguments, now all of the other shops in the area would be closed and I had a completely flat tyre. He informed me that he had one in stock and it would be charged at £45 instead of the previous £20. The tyre on the vehicle was a premium tyre with 6 months wear on it, and I feel that my hand was forced to replace my good quality tyre with a cheap budget replacement. At the time I did complain about waiting 55 minutes just to be told that they couldn't help, he said "Sorry, but you know I've been busy, I have been on the phone". Does this company not value me as a customer? Once you have taken the money, do you just ignore your clients? I don't feel like this is good service. With hindsight paying for my puncture repair before they had seen the vehicle was a stupid mistake by me and one I will not be recommending this to any of my collegues and friends. Not only this I intend to review this experience on Google and other services to educate your future customers of the type of business you conduct. P.S: I thought having the time slot was a good idea, I have had to wait a long time for a similar service. However when you don't stick to your slots, it defeats the point.
