Is consumersadvocate.org Safe?

This is a paid advertising site, not an honest review site. For example, visit their page on United Healthcare (another terrible company). ALL of the comments on the company are negative yet they have a ***** rating. You can read comments, but can't see a breakdown of star ratings by users, like amazon. My guess is the 'rating' correlates not to user reviews, but how much the reviewed company pays consumersadvocate. This should be illegal. Undermine trust like this long enough on a large enough scale and you undermine the economy... not worth it.

again! this site is crap... their reviews are not researched as they claim '...thousands of hours...' horseshit, typical Puerto Rico, dishonest! I researched their top-rated lists, software, major fail! I have no respect for dishonest sites. My family, friends, and corporate will never use anything from this site or people associated with this site

this site admits to being financially compensated for reviews.Due to a glowing review it gave a VPN,"SaferWeb",I paid for 1 month of supposed internet security.Upon installing the app both Google and Safari turned from English to Farsi,Google said "United Arab Republics"I was supposed to be being routed through Amsterdam. It was difficult to uninstall this app only with help from Apple Tech Support I finally got rid of it.After doing more research, I found out "SaferWeb" was an adware program,sometimes including malicious software. This is obviously NOT a trustworthy site.
