This is not a legitimate SYMANTEC website. These guys will rip you off. I called with problems with Norton's 360 and he said it was my computer and I let him browse for problems, then told me I needed to pay $299 to fix it, or $599 for lifetime support. Do not download any programs they advise or let them into your system. They have an Indian accent, which should be your first hint, Beware!
