Is cooliris.com Safe?

Cooliris for Mobile no longer supported As of March 2, 2015, the Cooliris app for Android and iOS is no longer available. While existing users may continue to use the app, integration with third-party services is likely to stop working over time. Thank you for your support and understanding.

The technology is very cool. Like many sites they allow users to post content. However they use an unacceptable User Agreement, which most people don't read. Quote: By posting any User Content using the Cooliris Software, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have a right to grant, to Cooliris a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such User Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed for use in connection with the Cooliris Software. Unquote No site should be so greedy that they claim all rights for any use for all content posted by users on their site. Sites do this because they know that very few users read the User Agreement. Shame on you Cooliris!
