its ok for discounts...i guess

Cowboom represents many of their products as "new" and "factory sealed."
They may be new, but the factory warranties are not guaranteed to be provided.
We bought a "new" LG monitor which failed after a few months of use. LG refused to repair it as the monitor had been made over three years before Cowboom offered it.
Cowboom (part of Best buy) will not accept a return, either, leaving us with a worthless "new" monitor.
