The blood type diet works absolutely, for myself and family, friends and all the people I know that follow this diet. It worked from the start till the day, and it solved many health complications. Don't believe the negative comments, because they obviously are speaking out of a preconceived bias and not from personal experience or verified data.

I have visited the site for years. It offers support to those who follow one of the Peter D'Adamo diets. The information on the site supplements the doctor's books.

I use this all the time. It doesn't get safer than this. If you don't agree with the principles, don't visit it. What happened to freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom to explore the alternatives, freedom to listen to both sides, freedom to pursue life.....?
