Is dfi.wa.gov Safe?

They said they will set u up to pay back your loan. What they dont tell you is that payment plan will actually having you paying 3 x's the amount of said loan. They told me a loan for 200 would cost me 260. ok great no problem. I couldnt get a hold of them on the phone. The only times they tried calling back was when I was at work. When I got out of work no one ever answered the phone. what was explained to me by the rep on the phone was not actually true at all. Now they are trying to tell me I owe them another 280 dollars? who would agree to 300% interest on a loan? there is no way I would of and I never will do another payday loan again. I needed a lil extra $ for christmas. This company is misleading and not to be trusted.
