Directi is one of the most trusted companies in India. I highly doubt that they are linked to Russian mafia. I remember receiving a mail saying they would takeover EST customers but it seems unfair to dump blame on them for the affiliations of a business they've been requested to take over. Been a reseller for 5 years and I've never thought of moving out even once.

Corrupt company turned into a prefered and bullet proof domain name registrator and hoster for the prevalent Russian organised crime (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Business_Network) moved especialy here from defunct Estdomains. Directi facilitates a huge scale fraud on internet these days. Unfortunate the upper authorities like ICANN are no better than them, ignoring and keeping acreditated such a fraudulent company. Directi`s crime evidences are too many to post them here, and too obtrusive to ignore them.
