Not sure why WOT is giving a poor rating.. but I find nothing wrong with this site. The customer service has been awesome.

I've had a good experience in purchasing from Discount Mugs. They send weekly discount specials which might be considered annoying, but I find them useful in placing future orders.

I order things from them all the time and if anything, they arrive before the scheduled date and have only had good experiences with customer service. I give them an excellent in all categories.

Not sure why the bad review... had no problems with this site for a few orders... quick to reply, available on chat or via phone no prob, quick to answer. Quick to receive products... One note, check stock before you order. If a problem where a retailer wont deliver your product and wont refund, simply do a chargeback on your card... simple. I feel the other reviewer is fake.

Terrible company. The worst. Once they get money they will delay order, and then yell at you on the phone and hang up. Never got a refund. Nothing. "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" all over their website. HA! what a joke.
