Also buried deep in the documentation, they don't give you access to your money until 11 business days after the funds clear. The CSR's don't know this. It took me four emails and an hour-long phone call just to get the answer, "This is how we always do it."

Buried in their disclosures is a statement that they will give (presumably sell) your personal information to non-affiliated marketers unless you explicitly opt-out by phone or mail -- you can't even do it online.
