I’ve had a few trips to B&Q, and honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. They’ve got a ton of DIY stuff, which is great, but their online stock levels can be way off. I’ve shown up to find things out of stock when their site said they were available. It’s super frustrating! If they could tighten up their stock management and keep the online listings accurate, I think the whole shopping experience would be a lot better.

I ordered paint from this site which stated it was in stock. After two calls to the customer service phoneline and a week later it was discovered that the paint is out of stock and I would have to get it myself from my local store via an internal store transfer. The customer service call centre staff were rude and unhelpful. Never shopping online with B&Q again. However, the staff at my local store are very helpful.
