The biggest scam I have ever experienced, I would never think that a website like that could be a bunch of fraudsters and money stealing losers. Please don't make my mistake and waste your money on this losers. I just want to throw up on thinking that people can have such a small morals. This idiots had even the audacity to write me and email with apologising and asking to send a scan of my ID so they can confirm its me so they can help me log into my domain. How they work: you buy the domain, then you don't get a password to log into your account, then they send you a link to set up a new password, but the link is valid for 1h and they send you it after 6h, then you have to give them alternative email, then they main leader loser contacts you and asks for your picture of ID to probably scam you even more. Also as you can see they fake their positive reviews and soon another loser will write underneath this review that he's sorry and he will help me getting the domain back. But just go to hell you loser

Be careful when using their service. Somehow their flow has something wrong, they straight away take you to payment page and after making payment, you are not directed to proper page and their support are not responding.

***** is a typical hosting company, however after my website was struck with a denial of service attack, ***** completely gave up on me as a customer and gave me only a couple short days to transfer my domains and data to a new company before I'd lose everything. It's perfectly understandable if a third-party affects the service, but the way they rudely cut me loose with no compensation is no way to treat a paying customer, and was completely uncalled for. It's also worth mentioning that after switching to another hosting company the the denial of service attack was handled professionally and without issue. I would advise anyone looking for reliable hosting to steer clear of Domain.com.
