Highest quality oils I have ever found. Great information and education. Trustworthy, most testing of any oils I have ever found. Committed to ethical and sustainable sourcing. I trust these oils and the information on this site.

I have had very positive results with the website and the customer service of the company. I have also had a very positive experience with the products. I would highly recommend.

This site is about Essential oils. The only reason someone who mark it untrustworthy is because they do not agree with the use of essential oils or they are a competitor and want this company to get bad reviews. This is a company of good standards. This site is very educational on alternative health options.

I have been using this site daily for over a year with no issues

Doterra is a multi-level marketing company which is why some people might have an issue with them. They are also promoting the education and use of essential oils for common ailments and emotional well being. The people who have a problem with this site believe that it is dangerous to find alternative sources for relief of minor discomforts, rather than see a surgeon immediately. Doterra's site does not contain malware, viruses or any other type of phishing scams. I personally don't see a problem with going to see a physician for certain ailments and using natural products for others. Considering how many doctors, surgeons, dentists, etc. are involved with Doterra, or other companies like them, I don't believe that most reasonable people do either.

whether it is or is not suitable for children is misleading, as this site SELLs items and not sure many children would be here in the first place, it's not a toy spot, or that they would be shopping for essential oils. it is a great place to find thing FOR children and the rest of the family. and while this may be considered by some to be alternative or controversial, these products do work.

The site is rated poorly not because of the mechanics of the site itself (phishing, security, etc.), but for what the company is selling. There is NO empirical evidence from any respectable source that can support the notion that essential oils do anything other than waste your money. And that's the best case scenario. People who forego real medical treatment in favor of this unregulated snake oil (or lavender, whatever) put themselves and their loved ones risk. That is why the low rating.

I do not know why this site was rated bad. The links are clean and no phising seems to be going on. I have used this site for quite some time and seems pretty safe to me and many other customers.

This site sells good products that have significantly helped me with my stubborn health problems, even after several doctors have given up entirely. There is no foul language or pornography on this site, so I think that the poor Child Safety rating is entirely undeserved. I happen to know multiple people who buy and/or sell Doterra's products, and they're quite honest and forthright individuals. I've bought some of them directly from this site, as well, and they received intact, as-advertised, and in a timely fashion. The site's marketing strategy is certainly a suspicious one, since they make use of a pyramid-like scheme, but their products are good, and they don't seem to be out to rip anybody off, from what I've seen. Their marketing makes use of jargon and similar propaganda a fair bit more than most other merchants/sites, but that, in itself, does not make them at all dishonest, so long as the products are legitimate--which they are. I've received relief from Doterra's products that have been unavailable to me with more standard modern medicine (as prescribed by M.D.s and similar). So far, it's not proven an adequate substitute to all modern medicine--at least where my own health problems are concerned--but it has helped in ways that other medicinal treatments haven't. This is a good site, and I recommend it.
