Not only is it just a bunk "product" in the guise of downloading illegal content, but yes, they advertise on peer-to-peer sites. As far as ***** goes, they actually paid the webmaster off, and bought it out to convert it to a registration platform for their "product."
But yes, they are a scam.

Wot hooked me up with this one. I'm drunk trying to download a torrent from a band I havn't heard of. the gypsy kings. I'm much better off just spending 20 buck for a bunch of real cds. using bit torrent I can see they want me to download .rar files and .tar files. I'm only inserted in mp3. I'm drunk and wot helped me out.
