Dr Darm runs a multimedia empire of 'aesthetic surgery' (a non-certified title, e.g. anyone can call themselves that). However he has lost his original medical license in the past due to unprofessional conduct with a female patient:

He has been linked to the controversial Dr Nase, who has been preying on Rosacea suffers for the last decade.
