Is dreamstudio.co.rs Safe?

To make things clear here. I am owner of hosting company WinStart in Sweden and this site is from my user Nemanja in Serbia. The site was hacked. He had work 5 month with Joomla and to make it work for selling hosting (whmcs). Then he get hacked. Hi tried to fix the problem without deleting hole site. That took him some days, and hi did not do it. Meanwhile he got bad reputation here. Now there is one new site, actually just one frontpage... Can someone advice what to do in case like this? mvh Pera *****
