This is a trusted business I know the owner really well and they have never done anything unethical. The other reviews are just lies from competitors. You can check their BBB.

Used to have a list of banned IP's but now the site has changed. It is not what it used to be. Did someone else buy it and use it for the purpose of scamming people who had marked the site as safe? It is now a forum .. so do they use your passwords?

No, but the IP might of been used by another company before they got them. This is a real business in LA and do not allow anything illegal. Like any host though if their clients get hacked all they can do is stop the account and help the customer get their business back on track. This is going to happen with any host.

How so? I have worked with the owner directly for over ten years and know for sure he would never let a scammer on his network.
