SCAM alert Stay away from these people. What happens is that the European Business Number enters data about your company into their online business phonebook system, and after that they send you a form to fill out the missing data. If you do as they say, they'll charge you for 677 Euros. Just throw it away and don't send it. The envolope, included for returning the form has an address in Hamburg, Germany.

Read the descriptions, they will withdraw you 660€ per year. It's a fraud. A big one fraud. Be aware.
