أنا طلبت بـ 1619 ريال جهاز محمول في 31-10-2010م وتبين أن الطلب غير موجود ولم إرساله لي ، بعدها بأسبوع لغيت الطلب وطالبت بإرجاع المبلغ من ذلك الوقت وحتى الآن لم يتم إرجاع المبلغ!! أرسلت لهم الكثير من الإيميلات واتصلت عليهم الكثير من الإتصالات ، لكن نفس الرد "الأسبوع القادم ، غداً ، اليوم ينزل في حسابك ، بعد نهاية السنة لأن عندنا جرد . . . إلخ" وأنواع التصريف والمماطلة.

in ***** I order from this website laptop amount 1619 SAR. after 1 week I cancel my order because they don't have stock and not send my order. Now, more than 2 months I don't get refund !! When I call customers support center they said "next week, tomorrow, after end of year . . . etc." I call him and send e-mails to him too much times and I get same answer.
