Is economist.com Safe?

Solid journal with a solid reputation. In such magazines, I don’t understand one thing, why it’s so needed to make things complicated and use some”fancy” words. Guys, you need to get the fact that not only super fluent native English speakers read your stuff, but also someone whose mother tongue is different. The meaning can be conveyed in more simple words and make it more open to the public.

Decent journal, but too much general. For someone, who is just interested in markets and want to broaden the perspective, it’s why not, go ahead option. Though, if you’re serious about the financial field, I’d rather recommend other sources of informations. Since, I do much of trading and investing, I know what I’m talking about… I can’t deny the fact that as the economic and political articles providers, they're a good and manage to explaining complicated things with simple words, I mean their writers. The thing is they position themselves as financial information provider too, so no offense.

I like this website, they don't get carried away with geopolitical stuff when they write articles. And this is not easy when your direction is economy, but there is still a fine line between this and the politics. Still, I've seen some researches about russia and other countries which are somewhat doubtfull, and seem like they are feeding the narrative.

Independent journalism, which is still shifted one way. How can you guys claim to be independive and present something as objecitve, this made me think about how all independency is subjective, and this is what makes a blog, not a journal. And 35 EUR a month, how is this a good price for a digital product, you guys should really reconsider your prices if you wanna keep the customers, becasue for something digital and with many alternatives, 35EUR is a bit too much...

I love investing in the stock market and recently I invested a lot of money in chinese stock and if to be more precise I believe that soon or later the China’s economy will recover and prosper while economic growth of my country has raised too much and there is no need to invest in the Indian stock market. I’m able to keep up to date with the latest news about China thanks to the international “the economist” magazine and they publish a lot of interesting news about Chinese companies. Recently, they published a voluminous article about “the real problem with China’s economy” and it was quite useful to read this information. However, I don’t like that we should pay subscriptions monthly to get access to financial articles.

A well known and respected news magazine. Its articles give a detailed overview of news and happenings around the world with a focus on economics, often from a liberal point of view, which should be kept in mind. An informative website, especially for those interested in economics.

It costs if you want more than 3 articles a week. And if you comply with only three articles, then you have to register. The site is safe, but it's closed internet, and I don't like that. I recommend to you http://www.ZeroHedge.com, where you can find up-to date info on markets and politics without being charged.
