Asks to sign up with email and password before revealing the very high prices. There is no free account. Also, form entry was not flexible enough to be accurate for my needs.

Using multiple URLs (including freeforms.com), eForms has you populate several questionnaires only to arrive at a "free for the next 7 days and then it auto-renews at $40/mo... enter billing information now"... so... not free.

They may have been free once. They present themselves as free.. but at the last second they want your CC information.

This is a legitimate website that has been in use for years. It's a great way to obtain many different kinds of forms that you can print out for your own use. My husband attempted to print out a bill-of-sale form from the DMV website but he wasn't allowed to do so. I was able to print one out for him on this site, plus a generic auto bill of sale as well.
