That NetSpend was sued by the FTC in 2016 is of less interest to me than what it's doing now; 5-6 years should be enough time to clean up its act, but at this time it seems that it hasn't. Articulate customers are still posting similar complaints, this otherwise clean site actively communicates with seriously malicious files, and no banking site should have less ("B") than stellar security; so apparently this company ($800M revenue) regards a $10M fine as a slap on the wrist.
